Lauren Vest, an organizational architect aligning human design and efficient processes with business structure to create companies that endure.
Bio
Hi, I’m Lauren Vest, founder of Orgitecture.
I’ve spent the last seven years studying behavior, what drives people, how teams function, and why organizations break when structure and human design don’t match. My superpower is spotting the throughline between the micro (individual wiring, daily behavior) and the macro (organizational performance, culture, and strategy). I love turning complexity into clarity and creating win-wins where both the business and the people inside it can actually thrive.
I’m a behavior analyst with a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, which is a fancy way of saying root cause analysis is my jam. I don’t look at surface problems. I look at the structure underneath — the roles, expectations, pressure points, and misalignments that create cracks in performance, morale, and accountability.
I created Orgitecture to help leaders build organizations that hold because the structure is aligned with the people in it. When people are placed where they naturally fit and the organization is designed intentionally, companies become more stable, more cohesive, and built to last.
In other words: when the structure fits, everything strengthens.
